I am not sure why my account was suspended.

Hi,

 

I entered Upwork on 26th Aug in 2019 and worked only for 4 months.

I was happy to meet great clients and good jobs. But in the meantime, I took the video verifications 3 times , and after 3rd verification, Upwork blocked my account. 

I don't know why and I am not sure what I should do to recover my account. 

Could anyone please tell me why my account was suspended and what I should do at the moment. 

Is this my last time on Upwork? I wish to work further on Upwork.

 

Please anyone help me.

By the way, my account is still suspended, even I followed your identity verification instructions.

 

Upwork said I can submit proposals. but I can't still do now.
Please help me and resolve this problem.
Now our clients are leaving me, I am losing my great jobs.
If you can help me recover my account, I will really appreciate it.
