I am trying to verify my identity because I changed my profile picture, but everytime I try to enter this page https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/categories/360001180994 it takes me back automatically to the previous page which is https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us?code=0a0277ab35fb391c5690e2d497be5320

I tried to change the browser, the same issue is happening.

If you could just please assist me with scheduling the video call to verify my identity and start applying again.
