I am unable to leave the agency.

End the agency contract you currently have on pause first and then go to profile settings. Look for teams and find the leave agency button.

 

If you account is an exclusive agency contractor. You'll have to contact the owner or upwork support.

Hi,

 

I'm new to Upwork, I was added to an agency to start working. However, I'd like to leave now but I still have a contract on hold in my profile (haven't worked for the client since March 19th 2017). Is there anyway I can leave the agency? Can Upwork please help me end the contract?

 

I have withdrawn all proposals sent through my profile as well. I have nothing attached to this agency except for the contract shown in the screenshot.

Hi, I can't leave an agency now.
I have accepted an invitation under my agency, then upwork displayed a message saying: 

 

Our compliance team will contact your Agency/Company shortly.
Once these tasks are completed, the project can start.

 

And nothing happened after. I need to leave an agency to accept an offer, however - I don't have any open contracts or proposals.

Can not leave team. You have active contract or proposal with team.

It looks like you still have some active proposals and candidacies under the agency. Please, go to Find Work> Proposals and withdraw them if you want to leave the agency.

Have same issue. Help please. I haven't any active proposals or contracts. My team owner have same problem - he can't kick me off. Thank you
