I have switched speciality for my specialized profile and now I am unable to publish my specialized profile.

Thanks for the response, I have already done all these steps. Re-done it now after you suggested. Its still not working.  Publish button is still disable.

Just upload one portfolio item for each profile then you can able to publish your profile.
