I am unable to verify my account. My bank statement shows 1 deposits for .12 and 1 for 0.07. It keeps saying "The amounts you have entered are incorrect. Please check the amounts and try again."

I need help from customer support now! I have tried 2 different cards, have 4 transactions charged by Upwork and still my card is unverified. Not to mention : YOU CAN"T FIND CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Why don't you have a chat support easy to find?!
