I am unable to withdrawal My fund.

There was a direct contract many days ago. I have completed the projects as client request and delivered.
After few moths i got an email from Upwork that " My client open a dispute request from his bank" Due to his reason, upwork restriected my withdrawal account.
My question is , Where i delivered the works and gave all proof to upwork, if my client scam what can i do from my end?
I have tried to contact with this client but no response.
Now if upwork want to charge back me then, where are the payment protection ? And is it my fault where my client opended a dispute without rason?
How can i resolve this problem?
Please help me, i am totaly helpless 😞
