I asked my client to end the contract but he says that it is showing 0 active contracts and don't know what to do. It's a request to Upwork Support that please contact him and guide him to end the contract as i don't want to end the contract or IN DOING SO I WILL LOOSE GETTING FEEDBACK.

Active contract tab shows project that have not been paid.
Tell him to look at the Awaiting milestone tab.
