I bid on Projects where Connects are Refunded - But not Received

Hello,

I have tried to bid on projects to work on them and did maximum bidding on projects where refund of connects was possible after projects closed.

But i have not received any refund from all the projects that were closed. I dont know How to get in touch with these people. The BOT is too irritating. Please suggest some way to get my refund of Connects.

There used to be a trial where connects were refunded if the client didn't hire anyone.

It was never "connects are refunded if the client didn't hire you." or "connects are refunded if the job is closed".

That trial has long ended.

You don't, essentially. Refunded connects will be a very rare thing. When you apply, consider the connects gone, and when you need more connects, buy some.
