I bought connects and they don't appear on my account

I bought in total 80 connects (two times 40 by mistake) and it still appears I have no connects. When I was buying my internet connection failed but then I got an email confirming the purchase by UpWork and PayPal (also the money has been withdrawn from my bank).

 

How can I get the connects? I attach screenshot with the invoice numbers.

I checked your account, and it looks like the connects you purchased were used to submit proposals. You can review your connects history for more information. Thank you!

That's not correct Joanne. I used in total 40 connects - I had 20 from the beginning, then I bought 20 more and I used them all.

 

After this, I purchased 80 more the 13th May (40 and 40) I attach also the screen shot of those purchases. 

 

I want these 80 connects please, as I have been charged for that!!! 

 

I hope you'll find the solution for this issue ASAP.
