I bought in total 80 connects (two times 40 by mistake) and it still appears I have no connects. When I was buying my internet connection failed but then I got an email confirming the purchase by UpWork and PayPal (also the money has been withdrawn from my bank).
How can I get the connects? I attach screenshot with the invoice numbers.

Hello Joanne,
That's not correct Joanne. I used in total 40 connects - I had 20 from the beginning, then I bought 20 more and I used them all.
After this, I purchased 80 more the 13th May (40 and 40) I attach also the screen shot of those purchases.
I want these 80 connects please, as I have been charged for that!!!
I hope you'll find the solution for this issue ASAP.
