I can not fill the option `How long will this project take?`

It gives me no choice to fill this. 

I have been trying to contact someone from upwork but I had no success. 

Please help me I can not submit applications for jobs that require `How long will this project take?`

 Try these steps (in this order)

1. Do a hard refresh of the page (Ctr and F5 together on Windows)
2. Copy your cover letter, log out, log back in, try again
3. Try a different browser (Upwork does not play nicely with some browsers)
