Hi, I am getting trouble reaching human help via https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/requests/new (the page is empty - I don't get any form). It's kind of urgent since I noticed that there was a wrong conversion used in my latest withdrawl.

But, when I go to that link - I don't see an issue. I am not sure if it was created or not.
