I can't attach files when submitting proposals.

I noticed recently I can no longer attach word documents to my proposals to clients. I would appreciate it if Upwork can fix this problem.

I received error messages earlier today. (Long "digits" ending with "contact support".) I can not reproduce the error message at the moment.

Whenever I try to attach files, I get this response —upload failed.
