I can't change my upwork picture

Hi I need help on how to change my upwork picture. I tried doing the work arounds like clearing the cache and checking my picture format and size, but still I can't change my picture. I keep on getting a message "We were unable to upload your image". I attached a screenshot of my photo with the error message.

I need help.

Could you please try basic troubleshooting steps such as clearing your browser's cookies or using a different browser to see if the issue persists?
