I can't find my city on drop down on contact info for my freelancer account.

I am from Nepal, Damak province -1 but I can't find my city on the dropdown. However, I've seen some other freelancers with Damak selected as their city.
I've been invited for identity verification and I need the solution soon.

Similar issue, but am an existing account holder.

I recently moved to a different city (roughly 50km. away from old residence on-record) and want to update my account info. However the city I moved to (existing in dropdown), "TAGUM (Capital) CITY"., is not being accepted by the edit form.

Can someone open a support ticket to help me out? I apparently can't open one unilaterally.
