I can’t get paid

Today I was going to do my first withdrawal but it said "Payment method verification in progress

Your payment method has been deactivated because the beneficiary name on your payment method does not match the name on your Upwork account." 

I don't get it!! My Upwork name account is Alexandre Garganta ( Alexandre G.) same as my bank account .  Pls, help me!!
