I also encounter the same problem. I cannot initiate video call with Upwork to verify my identity. I have been attempting to do this for almost a week already. Thank you.

Hello Joanne,

 

Thank you for the prompt response. I tried opening Upwork in Mozilla Firefox, but the issue still persists. In fact, it has become worse. If I open the Identity Verification in Settings, the website shows a blank space.

 

Is there any other way to resolve this?
