I can't log in to my account

hi, I can't log in to my Upwork account using my Gmail. My last login was in October 2020. It appears to choose another sign-in method but when I type my email it requires a goggle signing again. I tried to go to settings in the Desktop app then disable the Google Sign-in but still not working. I even tried to log in new window incognito. I only created a new account so I can share this issue with my old account, I'll delete it then right after I can open my old account. Thank you!
