My sister, Nahrain Michael has a new account here and been trying to log in into it for two days now uselessly. She first used the user name and password she set at the beginning but the site kept telling her that it is invalid password. She changed it for three times following the instructions of your site, but the result was the same she couldn't log in.The same error message kept repeated that is her password is invalid. how to solve this problem?
She lost a customer who tried to contact her because of this problem.
