I can't log into my account. I am in another country so I can't use SMS verification

Hello,

I am on a trip outside of the country where my account was created. After I cleaned my cache and cookies of my computer I was asked to verify my account via SMS code in order to log into Upwork. However, I can't use my mobile phone number. So I created this new account. I want to log into my old account. Who can help me?  Thanks a lot!
