I can't login to my account

I've been trying to log in on my Upwork profile, but I'm unable to. There is no reason for this to happen. I reviewed Upworks' ToS and policies to see if, by any chance, I violated the rules but can't seem to understand what is happening. I've searched and saw that this is happening a lot nowadays. I'm unable to contact Upwork via the phone number on the contact page and don't have access to your email, which forced me to create this account to expose my issue.
