I can't login to upwork help support.

Hello,

 

I Registered in Upwork and when I trying to login to upwork help support, it is redirecting to My Job Feed.

 

And in the URL I am seeing the below message:

 

kind=error&message=Invalid data from remote sign-in mechanism. Missing name or email.

 

Can anyone help me to come out from this problem? I used many computers and laptops as well as mobiles, but no solution.

Bin, have you tried using the Help & Support menu item in the footer of the main site? On your job feed page just scroll down and click Help & Support from the footer. That'll take you to the H&S page where your options for how to contact Customer Support are on the right of the page.

But same redirecting to my job feed page.

Have you received notification from Upwork that your profile has been approved?  I believe I read that, until that happens, you cannot access support.  I'm sure someone will respond if that's not correct.

I already approved by upwork and finished 5 projects on upwork.

100% profile complete and everything was fulfilled.

But error occurs.

Hmm.  Have you tried using an incognito window?  Clear cache and cookies?

She was same issue with me.

But she also not solved her issue.

You can also try going to your "Find Work" page.  Hovering on the left side toward the bottom, there's a "Help" tag that you can press.
