I can't open "My Stats" page

I can't see my stats since yesterday. Is anybody else experiencing this issue? 

 

Should I open a ticket or just wait?

 What happens when you try?

 

Log into your account, do a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5 pressed together on Windows) then click on this link: https://www.upwork.com/my-stats/

 

If that fails, try a different browser and see if that works.

What an incredibly stupid message.... sigh.

 

I take it my fixes didn't work? My My Stats page is loading fine.

 

If you don't NEED to access it I'd just leave it for a while and see if it gets fixed by tomorrow?

I checked and couldn't replicate the issue you were having. Please, let us know if it still persists after following Petra's advice.

Thanks for your reply, I still can't open my stats page when I log in with Chrome. I could open it with Mozilla though.

Maria, please make sure you update to the latest version on Chrome. If you are still experiencing the issue, please submit a ticket with the information from this page.
