I added a bank card, but the money is charged and then returned back to the card. And the following notification appears in UpWork - Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please refresh the page and try again. If this issue keeps happening, contact customer support.
I'm getting a lot of stress because I can't contact support and can't work because I can't buy a connection.
I also read that many people have this problem now.

Just remove your cards or other payment option and add again! i hope this works.
