I can't receive any verification code in my email and phone number

My brother is having a trouble with his account. Before he can log into his account he needs to put or enter the 6 digit verification code which is sent through his phone or email. But the problem is he didn't recieve any verification code and he waited for literally 8 hours and nothing happened. Please fix this issue.
