I can't receive my payment, my client won't reply my message

Hello,

 

My contract was end, but I still don't get pay. I have completed my tasks, and I received email from Upwork of confirmation. This client won't reply my emails or message.

 

What can I do?

 When you click on Contracts and tick the Include ended contracts box, what do you see?

 

When you click on the contract in question, what does it show for agreed and paid?
What does it show under milestones?

Hi Choi, 


I checked your account and can't see any recently closed contracts you had with any client. If you have any active contracts, it should show up in the "My Jobs" section of your account. Clicking on Contracts will ridirect you to a page where you can view all your contracts.

Hello all,

 

Thank you for your help. I had been invited the task by the client through Upwork. After I have completed the task, I had submitted my task through Upwork. 

Recently, when I have tried to check my current contract status, this contract has been disappeared on my profile for no reason....

I have served this client from 2014, last time was totally no problem.

This time, I don't know why they are not replying my emails.

Hi Choi,

 

You had a contract on Upwork that was ended a  couple of years ago and you were paid for your work.

It looks like recently you have replied to an invitation from a client but it's still an active candidacy and hasn't become a contract yet.
