I can't see any hourly contract on my upwork time tracke

I have an active hourly contract now.
Then I can't log time because Upwork time track program doesn't work well now.
The program executes but I can't see any contract on the program.
My OS is win 7and it is a bit difficult to istall Win 10 on my laptop, because my laptop is not good.
I would like to run upwork time tracker on win 7 now.
How can I log time with time tracker on win 7?
