I can't see how many connects other freelancers are bidding for the first 3 spots

Hi, I have an old Upwork account that I recently started to use.

My friend recently created an upwork account, and when sending a proposal, the interface shows him how much connects other freelancers are bidding for the first 3 spots, but mine doesn't.

How can I possibly solve this?

If no one boosted their proposals, there is nothing to show.

The thing is, even when there's an auction running and people spending connects to boost their proposals, I simpy won't get any insights about that. And I verified that with the help of my friend's account.
