Hi, I can't send proposals.
Today I get a verified badge. When try to send a proposal I see the message:
"Please contact customer support to receive a new URL. The URL will be active for 30 days."
So as it tells me to contact customer supports, I doing it.

I don't understand where I can see status of the ticket, nor I understand what is the ticket and when it is created. And I don't know what it measns to follow up on a ticket. It is all very vague for me.
Is the ticket about verification? I have already got my badge.
What now? I have waite untill what? I am going to resive an email?
I can wait it is okay, but it would be nice to know what exactly I am waiting for. Email? Another badge? Another replay here in conversation?
