I can`t submit a proposal

Please help me, I`ve been trying to submit a proposal and I keep getting the error to update my address. I have updated my address twice already and I still get the same error. I clear my cache and cookies and use a different browser. 

What do I have to do?

Hi Anna,

 

It looks like you don't have enough connects for submitting a proposal. If you feel like you need more connects to send more proposals, feel free to purchase more. You can check the options available to you and learn more about the acceptable billing methods for paying memberships.

I also have a problem wth submiting proposals. The button is not active, so I can't do it. I have connects, so don't know what is the problem. Hope you can help.

is inactive.

Hi Anna,

It seems as if you have used up all your free connects and for sending the current proposal, you are without connects.  If you have left with no connect, no issue, purchase new connects for sending a proposal.

I checked and it looks like you're an Exclusive Agency Member. This means you can only use the Agency's pool of Connects to submit proposals. Please discuss this with the Agency Owner if there aren't any Connects in your Agency.

I have checked your account but I wasn't able to replicate the issue. The option to submit a proposal should be available on your end. Can you please try to use a different browser? Let me know if the same error persists or if you see it on a different page and I'll surely look into it for you.
