Hello Upwork community,
I have been trying for the past 2 days to upgrade my membership and it won't allow me. Everytime I try to submit, the following message pops:
Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later.
My payment method is valid and has been working all this time. I would like some help here. Thanks

Hi Manuela,
You will need to add a billing method so that we can charge you for the membership fee.

I am having the same issue - only it accepts my credit card detail and then acts as though it is processing and the screen goes blank!!!

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or upgrading your membership from another browser? If you`re experiencing the same problem after this let me know, thank you.
