Hello Upwork community,
I have been trying for the past 2 days to upgrade my membership and it won't allow me. Everytime I try to submit, the following message pops:
Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later.
My payment method is valid and has been working all this time. I would like some help here. Thanks
Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or upgrading your membership from another browser? If you`re experiencing the same problem after this let me know, thank you.
and I have removed all cache and cookies. No change - I am praying that I
don't end up with multiple charges due to several attempts. Hope you can
figure this out.
