Hello guys , I have been trying many time to upgrade my plan however I tried 2 different cards , I even purchase connects to try if any of the cards are working and it was successfully pursued
this is the message I'm receiving whenever I'm trying to upgrade
(Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later) shows with both cards
kindly assist and let me know what can I do !!

Hi Jennifer,
It looks like the charge on your credit card keeps getting declined. Please make sure your card is set up to make international payments and has sufficient funds on it to complete the funding.
