I can't use my Available Connects

Hello Folks,
Hope you are doing well. I had some queries. 
My profile shows 40 connects. But I can't use those connects. Upwork shows me that I don't have enough connects to bid on some projects.

What should I do now? I can't bid and also don't get any project yet. please help me!

Hi Md Sharoar Hossain,

As an exclusive member of the agency, you won’t be able to use your freelancer membership plan/connects. Exclusive agency members can only work on contracts under the agency.
