While in my country Uzbekistan paypal is banned. I have a visa usd card can I withdraw money? Why there are many difficulties in withdrawing money. I can't withdraw via paypal or Payoneer. Getting money through the Bank also does not suit me

You can not withdraw money to your Visa card.

I don't know. Ask PayPal. And ask Uzbekistan.
