I can view my messages on my desktop

I am unable to view my messages on desktop

I can read them on my mobile but simply a message from the desktop site stating that there are problems with messages and to try later/reload the page. This has been constant for weeks and cant properly communicate with clients

Cleared cache and cookie still doesn’t work. I’m using chrome but have also tried safari and firefox and didn’t work. It seems to be fine on my personal laptop but not this one.
