I cannot complete certification for W-8BEN

Hello!

In the Tax Information section, I need to indicate my legal name for the business, but I am a private individual. And in this regard, I can not complete certification for W-8BEN, since I am not a US citizen. What do I need to do correctly to complete certification for W-8BEN to withdraw funds for the work done? Or am I misunderstood something? Help me please!
