I cannot publish my second specialized profile

Hello, i'm new in this website.i'm trying to create a good profile with the specialized profile.

i've create the first one, and all work correctly. when i create the second, i can't publish it.

i've try to delete and create a new one, for the second specialized profile, but it doesn't want to know about publishing my profile.

i've checked in the second specialized profile: it does not seem to me to have omitted information.

i tried to switch browsers: brave, firefox, chrome. none worked.

Need help for publish my draft profile.

I asked a friend who works here as a freelancer, and he advised me to open a ticket because dunno how to help me..

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked and it looks like both of your Specialized profiles are published. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if the issue persists?

If the issue persists please share a screenshot from your end so that we can look into this further and assist you accordingly.
