I cannot submit proposals

I cannot submit proposals . the proposal button is greyed out even i have changed the browser. It didnt worked. Even i have enough connects left. Also, i have verified my identity . Whats the matter?

Hi, the reason may be the client's job will be no longer available, it will be shown on top of the page in an 'i' mark, or maybe you haven't filled all the required fields to submit the proposal, it would be more helpful if you have shared the screenshot.

Could you please try logging out and back in to see if you can send proposals now?
