I cannot use my account at all

I have been trying to resolve this for weeks. Upwork tells me that they want to do a video verification and the link does not work. I provided my Skype info and I am waiting to be reached out. I also cannot enter my billable hours, this platform is incredibly frustrating, why is everything so complicated?
