I cannot use my connects.

I have 130 connects, I can't use it. When I try to apply for a job, my connects appears as zero. I also cannot purchase additional connects. How can I resolve this?

I checked your account and I can see that you were able to send a proposal. If you experience the same problem again, you can try to clear your cache and cookies or log in via another browser to send a proposal. Thank you.
