I cant accees to "Contact US"

 Since yesterday the link "Contact US" is disabled for me .
 is this an issue ?

 thanks for your answer,

 I cleared all the cache and even used another one devise, i get same issue !
 I don't think it's a cache problem, because as you can see in the screanshot, the other links are activated.
