I changed my country location, but still only see proposals for the prior location I had

I originally put UK as my country, but changed it to the US (Where I'm from & live). I still am only seeing proposals for the UK, and am unable to apply to any of them as my location is US, even with the "US only" filter on.

This is clearly a bug and I need assistance.
