I had completed a job on upwork but was paused by the client. I properly completed the job but he said why did I not used the upwork timer which he did not said to used it. I completed the job properly and he was about to check to give feedback but now it is a month. And he still has no feedback about the job that I did. He also said that I'll reimburse you for the time based on the hourly rate.

Rav: Clients are allowed to pause a contract at any time. There is nothing wrong with doing so.
The client you describe is frustrated by the way you used Upwork improperly. You are supposed to use the time-tracker to track your time. Why didn't you do that?
