I could not remove myself from Agency

I also a freelancer who was given an agency team position. I have all the persmissions to remove myself, but when I do, nothing happens.

Hi Antonus,

At the moment you`re an exclusive member of the agency. In order to be able to leave the agency, the agency owner will need to change your status to a non-exclusive member first. Thank you.

I've had the agency owner adjust the settings, and then I've tried to leave again - but no luck..
