I did not receive 10 free connect of basic plan

Upwork shows on freelancer plus details that we get 80 free connects and also get 10 free connects of basic membership and also get all the features list on the basic plan, But I did not receive the 10 free connects as I got the freelancer plus membership. Also attaching the screenshot.
