I did not receive my connects after paying

Hi,

 

Earlier, I tried buying 6 dollars worth of connects. But I kept receiving an error.

 

So after refreshing Upwork, I tried buying again 2 more times, but it was still not working.

 

After that, I noticed that I was charged for 18 dollars, three 6 dollar purchases, but somehow I did not receive my connects.

 

It happened 3 hours ago, and my connects are still not there.

 

Please help me

View the top right hand side of the Job search page to view your connects or your billing page. If not in either location, contact Support.

I am sorry to hear about the error while adding Connects. I can see that you've already raised a support ticket regarding your concern. You can access your support tickets here. Note that support requests are responded to in the order they are received. Kindly allow 24-48 hours for the team to follow up with you and assist you further.
