Hi,
My profile has 100% completion rate. I've done Upwork readiness test with 5/5. Why didn't I get the badge yet?
My two clients went away for my initial projects and I had to end that project by my self for which my JSS went down to 71%.
I've completed around 4 more projects and waiting for JSS to update but I want to know if JSS maters for Rising Talent badge then what is the minimum % of JSS is required to get RTB?
If not then, why didn't get the badge yet?
Thank you

You can never get a Rising Talent badge when you already have a JSS.
And ending contracts yourself does no harm to your JSS at all.
You had poor private feedback.

Even though the result was that 22% of his contracts have no feedback?

Wanna see one with 85% no feedback and 100% JSS?
(That's a "Yes" by the way)
"No feedback" and "idle" contracts with money paid (ever) don't hurt in virtually all cases.
Contracts with poor feedback (private / public) and contracts without anything ever paid and no or poor (private) feedback do hurt the JSS.
Everything else is smoke and mirrors.

Okay cool! That's not frightening then as I've done other projects with
good rating and hoping good JSS on next update but I should've contacted
Upwork support instead of closing the projects by myself.
Thank you
No point and no need to contact Support. Managing your contracts is your job and Support do not mess with your JSS.
