I have met all the criteria for the top-rated badge, So when I will get the top-rated badge, Can you please help me to with this issue.

Once you become eligible to receive the Top Rated badge it can take up to 48 hours for the badge to be awarded on your profile. To learn more about this, check out this help article. Thank you.
