I didn't receive my Connects after purchasing Upwork Plus membership

Hi everyone ! 
I just purshased upwork plus membership. Payment has been deducted from my account but i didn't receive any connects. 

In Membership section its showing my current plan but unfortunately there is no connects in my account. 

What to do ? Please advice.
