I didn't receive my monthly connects

Hi, please I'm new to Upwork and I'm on the Freelancer basic plan. I noticed that my billing cycle ended yesterday - April 7th and I didn't receive my monthly free connects. I tried sending Upwork an email but they keep saying the email is no longer supported. 

 

How do I get it rectified?

Thank you for reaching out. Your membership is in the process of renewing; note that it can take up to 24 hours for the new billing cycle to start. If after that time has passed you haven't received your monthly Connects, feel free to let us know and we'll assist you further.
