I didn't receive my monthly free 30 connects. What is the issue?

Hi Upwork Moderator,

 

I'm a new freelancer in this marketplace on a Freelancer Basic Membership Plan with Upwork. Meaning at the end of my billing cycle, my connects are due to reset. But I still have yet to receive any new connects. Any idea when these connects will come in or do I need to contact support? Please. I can't submit any proposal.

meaning - you'll have to pay for the connects from now on
also - there was never free 30 - it was free 60.

but it doesn't matter, because there are no more free connects
